There are some aspects that have to be taken into account when the unlock code does not work, namely:

  1. Check whether you communicated the appropriate IMEI  because it is a basic very important variable for the supplier that delivers your code;
  2. Pay attention when you introduce the unlocking code because it may ask for another type of PIN, other than unlocking PIN.   3. Make a hard reset of the phone

Saying this, you have to know that taking this action comes along with phone restoration to the factory settings. It means that all data and apps added by you in the interim will be deleted. It is recommended to make a backup or to save all data he wants to keep.
